Projects
Set up a project workflow your team can maintain
Use project boards, task ownership, activity time and delivery reports without adding process overhead.
A project board works when its statuses describe real decisions and every active task has an owner. More columns and fields do not automatically create accountability.
Define a small status model
Start with the stages the team already uses to decide whether work is ready, active, under review or complete. Keep exceptional states visible instead of hiding them in comments.
Assign people already in the workspace
Use the employees and users maintained in BMS. This keeps project access and activity connected to the same company environment.
Record activity at the task
When time matters, record it close to the work. Task-level activity gives project totals context and makes employee activity reports easier to interpret.
Review delivery, not board decoration
Use delivery and employee activity reports to find delayed work, missing ownership or uneven activity. Change the workflow only when the review shows a concrete problem.
