Finance has a fixed monthly workspace charge, independent of user quantity.
Per-employee module
Payroll is charged per active employee when selected.
Per-user modules
Appointments and Projects are charged per full user each month.

What is a full user?
A full user is an active licensed login with full platform access. Employee records and login accounts are separate, and full users cannot exceed active employees.
Is HR Workforce priced separately?
HR Workforce appears as an included module line. Active employee records and full users still have platform charges, and Payroll adds its per-employee amount when selected.
Is annual billing discounted?
No. The current backend calculates annual billing as exactly 12 times the monthly total.
Are Inventory, Manufacturing and Logistics in self-service pricing?
No. Those capabilities are retained for supported existing configurations and are not part of the current public SaaS module catalog.
